The Tribe of Human Beings is a not-for-profit venture. We are a coalition of individual's whose primary goal is to see the closing of the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
The BIA administers the Department of Interior's long standing racial segregation and cultural purification program, in violation of the Constitution, and the universal crime of Apartheid as well.
The BIA's reservation system is clearly an antiquated bureaucracy that has no lawful reason to exist. The government has held the Indian lands in trust for far too long. After 185 years, it can be presumed, that the Native American tribal communities, are more than competent to handle their own property and affairs.
The Tribe of Human Beings will seek to have the Native American Trust lands convertered into fee titled property: owned privately, and managed by the tribal communities, sans the BIA.
